Punctual departure, friendly staff and good service (drinks, food). Toilet clean, so that's ok too. Unfortunately there was no information about Cologne during the journey. An audio guide would have been great. It would also be great if you could find out the number of the departure pier with the booking confirmation.

Pros: For the price, the performance of 1 hour was fine. Negative: At which point the ship leaves and what it is called, was neither on the order confirmation nor in the voucher. We first had to walk to the office that was set up and only found out there that the drop-off point is somewhere else!! That took time! Luckily we were there much earlier. (over 1 hour)

Since I'm from Cologne, I don't need any information about the individual sights and other buildings. I just wanted to go boating with my 4 year old grandson. But for tourists some information would be of interest, because we don't just have the Cologne Cathedral. Otherwise it was very nice. The onboard staff was very friendly. The prices were okay too.
