After meeting your guide, head to the launch point, where you will see the 9-story-tall hot air balloon for the first time. Climb inside a woven basket as the enormous fabric above you swells with air. Listen to the dramatic sounds of the burner as the inflation process continues, gradually lifting you off the ground and taking you to the heavens above. Feel the thrill of drifting 5,000 feet (1,524 m) over the mountains as you raise your glass of champagne in a celebratory toast while ascending high over Colorado Springs. Your knowledgeable and FAA-certified pilot will identify some of the mountains in view as the sun rises higher in the sky, painting the world before you with rich golden hues. Keep an eye out for native birds flying nearby, such as downy woodpeckers, northern flickers, and white-breasted nuthatches.  You'll have the chance to take breathtaking aerial shots of the Rocky Mountains throughout your flight, so be sure to take a few snaps from the air.

What great fun!!! Best part of our trip here!! John is great!!! So knowledgeable, enthusiastic & patient with our questions!! He drove in over an hour for our Sunday night 9pm tour- and it was perfect!! We stayed at the antlers hotels (which I also reccomend) and the tour started here. There were 4 of us (age 34 to 67) and EVERYONE LOVED IT!! I highly reccomend you schedule this tour next time you come to due time colorado springs. Thank you John

My sister and I did this on September 26th. It was a great day. My first time on a Segway and it was easier than I thought to pick up. Happy explained it well and we had a great time. Highly recommend the tour.

Very nice trip seeing the sites in Colorado Springs. We saw the Garden of the Gods, some of the best restaurants in town, mountains and one of hotels Very pretty and informative drive

Fun, exciting, good lenth of activity time. Much better than walking since you cover a larger area of things to see.
