We had a wonderful time on this cruise! I was most impressed with the staff, from beginning to end they were all so kind, welcoming and helpful. The customer service we received throughout the whole day was top notch! From the check-in counter, to the boarding process and the entire crew. The Captain was also very knowledgeable and explained things very well so it was easy to understand. I learned a lot about the nature, animals and history of the area from him. He made a great effort to find wildlife and gave us lots of time watch each one. This company knows how to hire great people. Well done! The boat itself was also very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and I was most impressed that it had a family bathroom since I have 2 young children. The scenery is also amazing as is the wildlife and glaciers. We all had a fantastic time on this cruise. I highly recommend it!
