What people are saying about Conciergerie

I booked this way as tickets were cancellable, whereas booking directly with the Louve you just have to forfeit the tickets if sick. The ticket worked well. A day before I got notifications both by WhatsApp and by email with information about entry, and the actual digital ticket. It was easy, Going to the Louvre early is a good idea. It was busy already st 10 am but crazily busy at 11.30 am. SO many people. The crowds are a bit much and this was mid October ( German school holidays). The boat trip was easy to find. It was well run. A bit of a boring mass trip, but the Seine is beautiful and it was nice to slow down and rest our weary feet. The commentary was in 4 different languages so just a few pieces of info at a few spots.

As advertised, there's still about 10-20 minutes wait to enter the Louvre even with the skip the line ticket. The river cruise has a longer wait time but it was worth it. It was convenient as we didn't have to schedule it, we just lined up when we had the time later in the evening. We did the night time cruise and watched the Eiffel Tower lights twinkle while on the boat, it was amazing. Make sure to bring a jacket/scarf if you want to ride on the upper deck during the night. We had great views but it got chilly.

Tickets arrived easily the day beforehand and we were able to get straight into the Louvre. You could spend all day there but we just stayed a few hours. The departure point for the cruise was easy to find and again smooth check in. We loved sitting and seeing the sights of Paris from the river. Good value for money and an easy process after booking.

Very convenient way to purchase tickets ahead of time and skip the lines. My son enjoyed it very much. I'm not a big museum enthusiast, so I enjoyed the river cruise more.

Get there on time. Long lineups to get in. Will need a better part of 2-3hrs to go through. It is huge but wonderful.
