    The trip to Lake District on 8/5/2019 was excellent. The driver gave good instruction on the story of Beatrix Potter and the windmere. The trip was exactly as described on the website. We were fortunate to have a whole day good weather and enjoyed the fascinating scenery in lack district!

You will have time here to explore the cobbled alleys and get something to eat, from shops to cafe's, galleries and so much more. It's a beautiful village and a highlight of the tour. William Wordsworth's old Grammar School can also be found here, along with St Michael and All Angels Church which overlooks the village of Hawkshead. Enjoy the scenic views of the Lake District. Make your way back to Coniston, famous for its links with Arthur Ransome, John Ruskin and the Bluebird Water Speed record.     this was a very worthwhile and informative trip. Our tour guide Gillian was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions really well. Tim our driver also was able to contribute with his local knowledge and he was an excellent driver also! I would definitely recommend this trip regardless of if you know anything about Beatrix Potter or not which I didn't but I learnt an awful lot about her and also about the Lake District

The guide Charly is a fantastic guide. He knows SO SO MUCH about everything that it makes the whole experience a 10/10. My wife and I really enjoyed this trip and learn a lot about every place we visited. I totally recommend this tour and specially this guide. He enhanced the tour putting some great music and poems that were related to the places we were visiting.

Our tour guide Darren was excellent tour guide. He explained us all the details during the trip in a very pleasant way. We all enjoyed his companion. Also the tour was planned fabulous. The boat trip and the spots that we stopped were perfectly planned. We sure will be looking new trips with him and his company for the new sightseeings.
