Full description

Discover the dramatic landscapes of the south coast of Corsica aboard a cruise boat from Ajaccio on a full-day tour to the commune of Bonifacio and its legendary rock formations.

Cruise into the Valinco Gulf for breathtaking views of the coast. See the famous lion-shaped rock of Roccapina and more. Benefit from an informative commentary on the history of Corsica and its traditions along the way.

Get a closer look at the rock carving of the Staircase of the King of Aragon, dug by Alfonso V's troops in a single night during the unsuccessful siege of Bonifacio in 1420, according to legend.

Marvel at the sea caves in the shape of Napoleon's Hat and the sea stack of the Grain de Sable. Upon arrival in Bonifacio, get 4 hours to explore at leisure and find a nice place for lunch.

Catch the mini-train from the port to the citadel in the upper town and back at your convenience. Located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, and separated from Sardinia by the Strait of Bonifacio, the commune is known for its idyllic beaches and towering cliffs.

This outing was very pleasant despite the j=swell on the return trip in the evening. The 3 hours to go and the 3 hours to return seemed very long to me but were worth it once arrived in Bonifacio because the place is magnificent. The arrival in the port is superb, the old town is very pretty, .... filled with small shops. At this time of year, there were few tourists. In short, we had a very nice day. The crew of the boat is very friendly

Very nice excursion, certainly long but the landscapes are so beautiful !!! Appreciable comments from our cabin crew, on the way out, very good. In addition, on the way back, we had the chance to see dolphins... For catering in the upper town of Bonifacio, beware and select. Very disappointed on that side. We will do it again no problem. On the other hand, the view of Bonifacio by the sea is breathtaking. 4 hrs to the city is enough. The master also indicated at the end of the voyage that the crew could be given a tip. The words used gave us the impression that it was an obligation .... a little pressure.
