We were very happy with our guide on this tour - he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, kept the tour moving, kept it interesting for our 12 & 14 year old girls, and also helped entertain / interact with the 3 & 6 year old also in our tour group. He was energetic, fun, and seemed to be sure that EVERYONE got what they wanted out of the tour. He definitely knows his stuff, and I would recommend this tour to anyone - including families with teens or kids.
I only gave it 4 stars because it was so difficult to hear our tour guide. We had a group of 10 and N O audio headphones. We had a sweet older gentleman who has been doing tours for about 40+ years and very informative but super difficult to understand. We would have to gather around and basically play telephone to hear what was being said... other than that, the tour was great.
Booked this for me & my daughter, Rafiella very knowledgeable guide, easy to follow with the headsets. Sistine chapel is stunning, and the rest of the tour is very interesting. The little office could be better marked to check in at the start, but we found it & everyone friendly & helpful
The tour was informative and the guide was great. Knowledgeable, clear and detailed enough to have a great understanding of everything! Really recommended tour in times of Covid-19 because there are no people at all and you can walk relaxed!
Tour was great I learned a lot, was a very long day but lots of information. Would have been nice to go a little slower but overall would recommend. Guide was super knowledgeable also
