easy process. great trip!!

booked a last minute trip to dolomite mountains (cortina d'ampezzo) it was so easy to book. and very easy check in on bus. only recommendation is i wish that this service provided the exact address/ location and map image to where my bus arrives. i had to ask around to locate the bus stop. also please make the bus company name more larger on the receipt with an address :) great service!

There is bus stop indication, too and is plain.

We prepared a mobile voucher, but confirmed it with the driver's seating chart. The seat number was not displayed in the email, etc., and as a last resort, boarding was allowed by name confirmation.

An e-mail arrived in Japanese just before and the location of the meeting was well understood.

The driver always asked for the seat number, but was not specified and was confirmed by name as a last resort. There was no mobile confirmation.

Elegant air-conditioned coach. He was on the bus stop at Venice. No problems, all legible
