What people are saying about Costa Brava
This tour was really a good value, especially considering the personal pickup, the small group and the distance covered. The group had a lot of fun visiting the highlights of Girona, Pals and Calella de Palafrugell. Anatoli speaks as quickly as he walks so pay attention; he has a lot of ground to cover. Aside from this special trip to Barcelona’s nearby towns, we got some good tips on where to eat while in Barcelona. Anatoli cares that you enjoy the day. He also loves good food and introduced us to a Girona specialty, Xuixo. If you want to know what that is, take the tour.
This experience was great, the guides were very knowledgeable answered all the questions, and provided suggestions! I wish the Dali Museum tour had been longer with the guide instead of stopping at the gran entrance to the museum, in the room where Dali is buried.
All the areas we visited were very interesting. Our guide, Tony, had a terrific knowledge of the history of all areas and most of the buildings beginnings and builders. Great long day but it didn’t feel that long.
A really great day! Rod, our guide, was fabulous, knowledgeable and fun. So much to see. Seeing Dali works up close is mind blowing. And the house! And lunch by the sea. Do it.
Salvador Dali museum in Figueres is a must. Appreciated art more with insights from our guide Luis.
