During the tour, your instructor will explain the history, nature, and curiosities of this coastal place so that you can take an even more complete experience. As a complement to the activity, stop the kayaks in a protected cove or bay to jump into the water with a mask and snorkel equipment to do some snorkeling. Refresh yourself while you enjoy observing the marine nature through the crystal clear blue and emerald green waters. Observe the local fish, as well as sea urchins, starfish, and with a little luck, an octopus. Re-energized, take the opportunity to explore the rugged cliffs and the coastline at your own pace. Tossa de Mar: PADI Discovery Scuba Diving

4. Tossa de Mar: PADI Discovery Scuba Diving

The "try dive" is an activity recommended for beginners in scuba. The entire experience lasts three hours, the first 35 minutes of which will consist of a briefing on how the equipment works, how to communicate underwater using hand signals, and how the tour will go. Afterwards, get kitted out in the provided wetsuit and boots in the changing room. Once you are ready, hop in the van for just five minutes and prepare for the fun to start. Because the dive site is directly connected with the beach, you'll be enjoying a shore dive off Mar Menuda Beach.  When you get to the water, your guide will break up the activity step by step, and you'll have plenty of time to get used to each one at your own pace. Starting from the beach makes everything easier, especially for your ears as you'll have more time to get used to the pressure. Stay under the water for about an hour — this, of course, depends on you, because the more nervous you are, the faster you breathe, and the quicker you'll go through the air in your tank. During the dive, your guides will snap some photos/videos, so you will have a souvenir from the activity.

Rodrigo was an excellent guide and driver. The trip itself to the villages took place according to the described activities. Rupit was by far the most beautiful village among them, also due to the very good family-owned restaurants there.

This tour was fantastic. There were only three of us a pretty small group. Our guide is too notch. Beautiful villages very peaceful and picturesque.

It was awsome, my instructor Christian was really helpful & instructed me thoroughly throughout the activity. Had a great first diving experience.

Really fun trip out and did more kayaking than was expected. Nice to stop off at beaches too.

Really nice experience. Well-organized also for our kids (10 & 12 y/o) totally recommended
