Booked tickets, but better if you also book a set time slot. We had to wait an added 30 minutes to enter due to capacity rulings. Very good museum but we were expecting to see more old busses. Cafe quite pricey too, so we cannot comment on the service there. Shop well stocked with some very good items and prices not too bad.
We miscalculated on the timing and assumed that a paid museum on a weekday morning would be less crowded. It was absolutely jam packed. The exhibits are generally fun and interesting for young kids - though many interactive elements show significant wear and tear from heavy use.
Really enjoy our day out with kids. For little one (4years) it was sooo good experience to be a bus driver and for 7 years old soooooo good to be an underground driver. Really really good museum. My kids wants to come back one day again
I enjoyed taking my grandson who is 2 and half to the transport museum. I found it was a safe place although it can get very busy with school children running around.
We were looking to do something during this difficult.. Social distance and people there was good. Had to wait a little while to see people pass but to be expected.
