exciting experience, the whole tour was very interesting the Palace of Knossos even if visited in a very hot afternoon, it deserves to be seen at least once in a lifetime. The Guide, strictly in English, very prepared who loves his job, kind and very helpful. A week is really very short to visit Crete, an island of heavenly sunsets and equally wonderful sunrises that steal your sleep. Experience to be repeated undoubtedly

The tour was booked and confirmed in German. Unfortunately, our travel guide could only speak English and French. The information was told alternately over loudspeakers so that it was a bit exhausting to listen. Apparently there were 2 different tours and participants were dropped off in front of Knossos. This led to confusion and unease as to whether or not you were still on the right bus. The restaurant we went to had poor food quality, provided salad and tzaziki and charged extra without asking the price beforehand. All in all there are 3 stars because we still understood the English. But we wouldn't book it again.
