Super great experience, who only knows Machu Picchu from videos or books. The pick-up and transport worked great here. The train ride was also very pleasant. We had received all tickets in advance. The tour guide (Joel) picked us up on time and was able to give us a lot of inside information about Machu Picchu. It was a very great stay and would maybe even extend the tour by a day. The coffee TAO in Aguas Calientes is highly recommended.

Everything was well arranged for it. We were picked up at the hotel and taken by bus to the train station. There were a bit left to our fate. But eventually we got on the train. A nice train trip with nice views. The big downside of our trip was that we arrived at the train station at machu picchu and there was nobody waiting for us. The emergency number that would be available 24 7 was also not included. Finally got hold of someone via the internet and after 1 o'clock someone finally came to pick us up at the station! The next day we were picked up by our private guide roni, the best guide/photographer we have had here in Peru, he knew the answer to all questions and took beautiful pictures that he later shared with us. He spoke good English and was a pleasure to listen to. The trip itself was well worth it as there were no more tickets available. For all it down to a few little things it was well worth it!!!!

Good experience, for this it is worth buying something that already includes everything, you no longer have to worry about anything other than getting up and going to the indicated points, even in the end they send you in a paid taxi to your hotel. Finish safe and sound. We went in early June and there weren't that many people, we had great photos. What I did NOT like is that they gave us information literally a day before, I was sending messages and they did not respond, I was even scared that I was scammed. And our train tickets weren't together, they were facing each other and to the side, that was annoying. But in the end everything worked out.
