This tour experience was awesome from start to finish! One of the guides, Joel, met us at our hotel in Aguas Calientes the night before & made sure we had all our tickets/documents. He met us at the hotel the next morning & escorted us to the Machu Picchu bus station. When we got to MP, we met with our tour guide Ulises. I can't say enough positive things about Ulises. He was simply wonderful! He spoke English very well, was so funny, & loved to break out into song (mainly American hits from the 80's & 90's!). MP was more physically demanding than some of our group expected (myself included!), & Ulises was attentive to this & made sure we had frequent breaks, during which he told us all about MP & the Incas, both the good & the bad. After the tour, Ulises accompanied us on the bus back & recommended a very good restaurant in Aguas Calientes, which turned out to have excellent food. My daughter & I had such a great experience on this tour & we HIGHLY recommend this to everyone!

Marcelino was a great guide. He meet us at the machu picchu bus stop and helped us get our bus tickets then took us to machu picchu where he took his time to explain the history of the entire site. He answered all of our questions and took more time with us than allotted. He was very amicable and knowledgeable in addition to being our own private photographer. He was more than willing to take many pictures and recommend the best sites for pictures. He also gave us recommendations for food and information on Inti Raymi which was happening later that week. 100% recommend Marcelino. We had other tour guides for other sites that didn't even compare. And his English is perfect!

Christian, our guy, was a very nice person.. he pick us up at our hotel then take us to the bus to Machu Picchu's entrance (bus ticket is excluded). He took us to many great photo spot at the site, while explained us the history of the site. The best thing was he allowed us to move at our pace, so we didn't need to get rush, so we really enjoy our trip within Machu Picchu site, along with all breathaking scenes at the site. And we finished our adventure at the site less than 3 hours, before take the bus back to Aguas Calientes. We extremely happy with the tour. Thank you very much Christian!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Miguel is an excellent guide. He is very concerned about the comfort and condition of his customers and adjusts the speed and length of tours to accommodate them. He is willing to help in any ways necessary. He is very proud and Knowledgeable about Peru. He speak fluent English
