A very interesting tour, full of ancient history of the area. Booked on line the week before our cruise ship arrived. Our ticket was from the new port but we were tendered into the old port. Once we got our bearings we walked around to the ticket office showed then our voucher on the phone and received the boat tickets. Good ride out to Delos about 30 minutes, met our tour guide, given head phone sets. Our tour guide was a retired archaeologist who had actually worked and lived on the island very knowledgeable. The weather was sunny and about 33 degrees. Take plenty of water.

Highly recommend!! This experience was the highlight of our trip to Santorini. Nicole was an amazing guide and we loved the personal attention as she shared her love of the beautiful island of Thirasia with us. A big treat was the wonderful feast of home cooked Greek food waiting on us about 2/3 through the tour. Bring your most comfortable pair of shoes and be prepared to experience a incredible hike. If you’re thinking about taking a trip to Thirasia while in Santorini…don’t just think about it…do it!! And make sure Nicole is your guide.

If you only have time for one excursion please make sure that the one to Thirasia with Nicole is the one. she is such a knowledgeable guide and an incredible person. I enjoyed so much hearing about the story of her island, visiting little farms, the cave houses and meeting her friends Yannis and Manuel. We foraged too, which was great and I had a delicious home cooked Greek feast.. I cannot recommend this tour more. Thanks Nicole, you have been amazing!
