It was convenient. I misunderstood and thought that the staff would be waiting at the exit at the arrival time of the plane that I filled in at the time of application, but the staff appeared at the exit at the departure time of the shuttle. I got there and no one was there! I thought so and inquired by e-mail. I was able to understand the pick-up system because the reply came immediately and I was waiting. Comfortable to move. We were able to get off in front of the hotel. Drivers were kind. It was my first time in Vietnam, so it was nice to be able to settle the transportation from the airport to the hotel in advance at a low cost.

Driver collected me at Hoi An hotel at 6am sharp. We then drove with another passenger and were transferred to a large minibus with another half dozen passengers. We then made our way to Da Nang; one passenger departed at the train station, the rest of us arrived at the airport just before 7am. Journey was comfortable and efficient.

There was some miscommunication about the time and location of the pick-up because I arrived at the International Airport instead of the domestic terminal. The booking page only indicates a pick-up point at the domestic terminal with an estimated time (Not time of flight arrival). It will be good to enhance the booking page for international arrival with private charters to avoid confusion. Fortunately, I was able to Whatsapp the company and they responded by contacting the driver to pick us up at the Internation arrival hall.
