Full description
Vietnam is famous for its rich cuisine. Each region has its own specific character and taste. The food, however, generally has a variety of vegetables, soups, and delicious sauces. Especially Pho has shown its important position in Vietnamese cuisine. The dish is the harmonious combination of noodles in broth cooked elaborately with spices and many different herbs added. You will have the chance to make some other dishes such as Vietnamese steamed rice rolls, crispy spring rolls, and fresh salad.  Following pick up from your hotel, visit a morning market in Da Nang and marvel at the seasonal fruits, noodles, herbs, vegetables, meat and fish on display. Interact with the vendors and get some tips on how to bargain and learn about the ingredients needed for cooking classes Visit a vegetable village where you will feel the green with a distinct aroma of local varieties of vegetables. Undertake a farming experience at the organic garden with farmers, learning about different types of vegetables and herbs, methods of cultivation, fertilizers, irrigation here. Drive along the scenic Han River back to the cooking class. The chef will guide you in making the famous traditional Vietnamese dishes also share valuable information about Vietnamese culinary culture. Learn how to cook Vietnamese food, such as Pho the beef noodle, Vietnamese steamed rice rolls, crispy spring rolls, and fresh papaya salad. Dessert is fresh seasonal fruit. Der Kochkurs war prima. Ich wurde pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und später zurück gebracht. Der Einkauf in der Markthalle war interessant und lehrreich. Beim Besuch im Kräuterfeld erfuhr ich Diverses über Kräuter und Früchte. Das Kochstudio ist professionell eingerichtet. Für die 3 Gerichte mussten wir selbst schneiden, schnitzeln, mischen, würzen, braten, brutzeln ... Es schmeckte sehr gut. Bei der Zubereitung hatten wir viel Spaß und haben viel gelacht. Das Tüpfelchen waren die Rezepte, die mir noch abends per Mail geschickt wurden zusammen mit einigen Fotos von den Teilnehmern, die der Veranstalter aufgenommen hatte. Der Kurs ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

A wonderful, fun and super-tasty day! Visiting the market together was fun and colorful, but even lovelier was our stop at a community farm. The cooking class itself was amazing! Detailed, hands-on, organized and informative. And the recipes were exceptionally tasty. The transportation was also very comfortable and the kitchen is located in a brand new house in an up and coming neighborhood. Had a great day!

It was just fascinatingly beautiful and an absolutely worthwhile experience. Unfortunately we had to cancel the fourth of the four dishes because we had to catch a train in Da Nang. The team around our experienced guide and cooking instructor Tin Tin, as well as themselves, went out of their way to ensure that we create at least three dishes. In addition, during the time we were cooking, they took care of a taxi, which took us to the train station in no time. For this and for everything else, many thanks to Tin Tin and the team
