Along the way, see a typical Dominican patio at a country house full of domestic birds, visit a traditional plantation and stop to appreciate the impressive view of the Bay of Maimon.  Upon arrival at the community of Barrabas, learn how to make delicious pylon coffee and savor the rewards of your efforts with a sample afterwards. You'll also get the chance to visit a local public school and stop at an artisanal workshop to see how the locals make Taíno figures. Moving through the countryside, arrive at the municipality of Imbert and take the road to the Cascadas de Damajagua waterfalls.  Descend 7 of the 27 waterfalls one by one. Upon reaching the final waterfall, relax in a natural pool in the middle of the jungle before breaking for lunch.
