Our driver and tour guide was really knowledgeable and created a great friendly vibe on the bus. The stop at Edith Falls was really quick and we were back on the road again. It is a long hot day. Katherine gorge was very special but really hot. The bus is pretty tight but air working which was important. A bit off a once in a lifetime memory visiting the gorge. Loved the stories and history.

Well worth the long bus journey!

I really enjoyed this tour. Michael, our bus driver was informative, charming and helpful. swimming at Edith Falls was absolutely wonderful. At this end of the dry season the falls weren’t spectacular, nevertheless this was a highlight. The cruise was wonderful. This is truly awe inspiring scenery. We all took hundreds of photos. It was incredibly hot but they supply heaps of cold water and believe me you’ll need it! Couple of tips. I brought covered shoes but was able to spend the whole day in thongs. You need to lather the sunscreen in the Gorge. Bring your swimmers! It’s a long day and you probably spend 9 hours of almost 15 hours on the bus. This is fine going down as you have the few stop offs and break up the journey but going back it’s about 4 hours with a half hour stop for dinner. And it was dark for the last 2 hours to Darwin. I hadn’t brought a book or tablet so would recommend that as watching the clock wasn’t such great fun. All up a super day, exhausting but exhilarating

A long day but so well run and managed by AAT Kings!

This was a fantastic tour a long day but so worth it for the comfort and way it was managed. The bus driver and assistant made it so enjoyable communication and presentation really well done. I would thoroughly recommend this tour for people who want to experience this part of the Northern Territory. Loved the morning tea/dinner stops, Edith Falls stop lunch (really nice) and the cruise down the Katherine Gorge with it's passionate informative guide so well done! You do have to be prepared for an extra long day because there are many kilometers covered.
