The drive takes you through canyons and past mountains, many of which are covered in fantastic colors. Day 1: LA - Las Vegas Today’s route is east through the desert and Death Valley area to arrive at the gambling capital of the world: Las Vegas. Stop for lunch at the outlet mall at the Nevada State Line, which is filled with all the famous brand names like, Levi’s, Nike, Reebok, Timberland and more. In the evening take a tour of the strip to see some of the truly amazing hotels and fantasies that are built in the middle of the desert. Caesar’s Palace, Mirage, Luxor, Paris, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Treasure Island and more. Finish off the evening at one of the many shows or try your hand at one of the many casinos. Overnight: Excalibur Hotel Day 2: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon - Page Start the day traveling South East through the desert and through the Navajo Indian reservation before coming to the South Bank of “One of the 7 wonders of the world” the Grand Canyon. Tour along the south bank and learn how throughout the years the Colorado river carved its way down to the sea and created the wonderland for geologists. After lunch continue along the canyon East, stopping at some of the many Indian market places to browse the hand made arts and crafts before arriving at your hotel. Overnight: Quality Inn, Kanab Day 3: Lake Powell - Bryce Canyon Start the day where “the water runs through the rocks” as per the local Navajo folklore. We tour the Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water and sand; words are not enough to describe these formations created by Mother Nature. After the tour, depart this amazing area and head west to Bryce Canyon home to the most amazing rock and sand sculptures honed to perfection over thousands of years of rain wind and sunshine. Experience the unique changing of the colors during the sunset from one of the vista points in the park (may change due to changing sunset times). After the visit head towards the town of Kanab. Overnight hotel Comfort Inn Cedar City.   Day 4: Sunday Zion Park - Las Vegas - LA After breakfast head into Zion park. This park got its name from the Mormons that settled in the area. They gave it this name after claiming that visiting the park is like a religious experience, and it's true that the majesty of the mountains and silence of the wilderness makes you feel like you have been transported to another place. Tour the park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin river that runs through the park, before heading back to LA for the evening.  

Start your day early as you travel from your hotel in Las Vegas to the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes. Walk in the dunes and snap some beautiful photos. Head towards the Badwater Basin Salt Flats, which is famous for being the lowest point in North America. Continue to Artist’s Drive for a scenic 9-mile drive through incredible canyons and colorful mountains that will take about 40 minutes with a stop at Artist’s Palette where you can hike to get up close and personal with the amazing colors caused by volcanic minerals. Travel to Zabriskie Point to view sweeping Martian-like landscapes for about 20 minutes. Finally, visit Dante's View, near the edge of the Black Mountains to get views of the southern half of the national park.

Day 1: LOS ANGELES – SANTA BARBARA – 17 MILE DRIVE – CARMEL Depart north up the spectacular California Coast to the first stop in Santa Barbara. Visit a Spanish Mission and continue to Solvang, a quaint Danish community to browse in the local shops. Head north to the world-famous Route #1 where you'll get to see the spectacular California coastline up close (small vehicles will travel the southern portion of route 1 while full-size coaches will travel the 17-mile drive exclusively). Visit the town of Carmel and enjoy some free time to stroll in town before departing to reach your hotel at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport. Day 2: SAN FRANCISCO – BAY CRUISE – GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE – CHINATOWN Start your tour at the Fisherman’s Wharf with a cruise in the world-famous bay. See great views of both the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island on your way to Sausalito. Return to Pier 39 for a leisurely lunch before an afternoon tour that takes in all the city’s famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Union square, Chinatown, and Nob Hill. Stay overnight at the Harrah’s Hotel. Day 5: LAS VEGAS – GRAND CANYON – PAGE Start the day traveling through the desert and through the Navajo Indian reservation before you arrive at the south bank of the Grand Canyon. After lunch, continue along the canyon east stopping at some of the Indian market places to browse the handmade arts and crafts. Then, head to the Page and Lake Powell area for the evening where you will stay at the Quality Inn View of Lake Powell. Day 6: ANTELOPE CANYON – BRYCE CANYON Tour the Antelope Canyon and visit the spectacular dunes created by the wind, water, and sand. Then head west to Bryce Canyon, home to the most amazing natural sculptures in the world. Experience the unique changing of the colors during the sunset from one of the vista points in the park (this may change due to changing sunset times). After the visit, head towards the town of Kanab, where you will stay overnight at the Days Inn Kanab. On certain departures, the tour will continue to Cedar City for the night. Day 7: ZION PARK – LAS VEGAS Head into Zion Park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin River that runs through the park. Arrive in Las Vegas and head towards Los Angeles for a late night.
