      It was good what we saw in the castle, but we were disappointed when we couldn’t see the wartime tunnels and underground hospital as it was full and they wouldn’t let anymore people in. This forces people to buy a ticket again to come back another time to see it, which isn’t fair.

      So getting the tickets was easy. However when we went to Dover Castle the young woman at the gate entrance was rude and not friendly. She didn’t or said she didn’t know the online service we used and gave us the runaround. We finally got in but it wasn’t a good experience.

      I have been to many castles in England and this one is hard to beat , there is lots to do not just to see the castle good value for money and the views are great ,and free parking which is quick rare these days and the staff are friendly and welcoming
