We loved the experience from start to finish ! Anna Maria our guide was amazing from start to finish and made our experience extra special by adding extra little touches throughout due to it being our anniversary, even showing us a private place for us to watch the fountain show. It’s an anniversary we will never forget and in all honesty we don’t think we will ever be able to top !

First of all a “herzliches dankeschön” to Maria, who couldn’t have been more welcoming and patient. She had to wait for us quite a while and was still in a good mood and took care of us perfectly and with great passion. She drove us to the venue, showed us the Armani hotel and came up to the lounge with us and provided us with a lot of information. That said we felt well taken care of by Maria and not to forget: She took memorable pictures of us. If you book this tour I hope you’re lucky enough to have the chance to meet that incredible and passionate tour guide. Merci beaucoup!

Our host Maria was informative, professional, timely, and helped make our visit memorable. She even spoke with the management in the bar at floor 124 when I told her I was about to propose to my partner. This enabled me to present the ring in a flower with dried ice as a suprise by making it look like a dessert hidden under a silver plate cover. We had good friendly service, improvisation, and wonderful views of course. Oh and my partner said 'Yes' to the proposal. Well done all round and worth the package price.
