    Start your full-day tour of Dubai in the marina district and marvel at the manmade Palm Jumeirah island. Go to the Atlantis the Palm Hotel, home to the sunken chambers and submerged ruins of the Lost Chambers Aquarium. Continue to the world's tallest building and enter the Burj Khalifa next to Dubai Mall to take the high-speed elevator to the At the Top observation deck. Get panoramic city and desert views through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Next, come face-to-face with sharks, stingrays and other marine species with an entry ticket to Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. End in the downtown area of Dubai Mall, where you can shop and eat at leisure.

    Abgeholt wurde ich von einem Herren in einem Landes typischen Gewand. Es war der Reiseleiter persönlich ... leider habe ich den Namen vergessen. Sein dunkles Basecap mit goldener Krone drauf hat aber sicher ein guten Wiedererkennungswert ... Der Ausflug war in englisch und deutsch. Stopps sind gut ausgewählt und die Information dazu ebenfalls. Zwischendurch gab´s gute Infos. Entstehende Fragen bekamen gute Antwort.

    Leider wurde das Aquarium nicht besucht, da vom Touranbieter Dessert Advantages fälschlicherweise behauptet wurde, wir hatten dies nicht gebucht. Trotz Vorlage des Vouchers wurde vor Ort keine Touränderung vorgenommen. Nach Reklamation bei getyourguide wurde zumindest eine Teilrückerstattung für die nicht erbrachte Leistung gewährt.

    Nous avons regretté les presque 2 heures de retard qui nous ont bien pénalisés sur la matinée ! De plus nous n'avons jamais reçu de mail de confirmation. Nous avons dû appeler en France. Et pour le retard, c'est la réception de notre hôtel qui a dû les contacter pour savoir ce qu'il en était.
