On arrival visit the renovated Old Palace of H.H. late Sheikh Zayed, former ruler of Abu Dhabi and UAE's founding President. Next, visit the award-winning Al Jahili Fort to view the permanent exhibition dedicated to the intrepid British explorer, Wilfred Thesiger, who crossed The Empty Quarter Rub al-Khali twice in the 1940s. You will then head to UAE’s oldest Al Ain National Museum to discover artifacts from the 6th Century B.C. Head to the heritage site of Al Ain Oasis where your guide informs you about the Falaj, an ancient underground irrigation system. Afterwards, enjoy a photo session at the local camel market, the largest in the region, before stopping for a delicious lunch. A golden guide

Day at the top! We did this day during Ramadan so there was hardly anyone during the visits, so it was very nice! Our guide told us the story of the UAE with details and answered our questions! She was very proactive and explained to us each visit the history of the place then leaving us time alone to visit to discover the place ourselves. The ride was very nice the driver was driving well. Every place was interesting. We did not like the camel market because the place is not safe but they were very forward looking and reassuring! The only negative point and still it is not too much one is that the organization does not pick us at hotels in Dubai, we were staying in an Airbnb but on return they dropped us at our home.

This tour can only be recommended! We were picked up punctually by the driver Faruk at the agreed location, the guide Muhammed (Orient Tours) knew interesting to tell - one learned all sorts of interesting facts about country, people, culture .. The day was varied and informative- the food in the hotel was very good (for everyone something).

We had a wonderful and varied day

Organization, confirmation, pickup and process were super professional. Our guide was fantastic: he was knowledgeable and funny, he led the tour bilingually in the best English and German and coordinated all program points with us (when do we take a break, how long do we want to stay in one place?). We really got to see a lot: drive through the city of Al-Ain, visit the Fort Al Jahili, visit the palace of Sheikh Zayed, walk through the oasis in the middle of the city, lunch break in a mall, drive through the Hajjar Mountains, Visit the hot springs. My personal highlight, however, was the camel market with extensive stroking and photographing of the animals. Although the stations are not particularly spectacular, but after a few days in Dubai with its superlatives and tourist crowds, it was a soothing contrast. Especially thanks to the great explanations from our guide, we got a different view of the UAE.
