haben km hotel über eine Stunde gewartet. Wurden aber nicht abgeholt. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war auch niemand erreichbar. Bin sonst immer zufrieden aber sorry dieser Ausflug war leider nur "außer Spesen nix gewesen'!!!

It was a good tour but we were told that pickup was from 8:30 -9 am and we planned our morning based on that. So we went to breakfast in the hotel at 8 am - then the driver comes literally as we were taking our first bite at 8 am. When I told him about the time.. he didn't seem to know what I meant but was pleasant about it. He said he can wait for me for 5 or so minutes if that works. Well, I gulped down my coffee and took a small bagel to go. So we went with him only to find out that we needed to pickup 4-6 more individuals before the tour. We were driving for 1.5 hours picking up.. only to start the tour a mile from our hotel. Poor planning tour company. We should have been the last pickup since the tour started down the street from our hotel. When the tour started it was great. But the guide carried no sign so there was no way to identify him other then his shirt.. there were a few people wearing the same shirt. Other than that the tour itself was great. Recommended!
