Very very good and inspiring guide

Interesting, easy to follow what she said for a person where english is the second language. 1 hour was good. Don't remember the name of the guide but a female, fairly young, less than 25, grown up on the country side. Have a name I can not recognise, Cath... or similar.

    Very fun and educational

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We did the VIP tour so we had an extra sample and also received small glass snifters, worth the extra few dollars! Tour was a little shorter than what we were used to but full of fun audio/visual demonstrations and led by a very sweet young woman. It was chock-full of information. We also had scheduled our trip for a Saturday but our plans had changed, so we stopped in the Museum to ask if we could come in on Friday and they were very accommodating. They just asked when we would like to come in instead, and penciled us in without any problems.
