100% recommended company. Both the guide Alazne and Joanna the owner have done everything possible for our group to have a pleasant stay in Berlin, even assuming responsibilities that were not theirs, making restaurant reservations for us, helping guests check in at the hotel and Fully personalized attention services for our group. Many thanks for your great work!

It was an interesting tour, but since we had to use the audio guide for the activity which missed a few spots and there wasn’t any available at the castle or location, the experience was not that satisfactory.

I could not go and did not get a refund. The balloon ride was also cancelled and I did not get a refund for that as well. I was booked for 3 persons as well so it was not cheep☹️

It was well organized and a personal request was received after prior telephone agreement.
