The experience overall was very good. On arrival, the table was not quite ready, for which the staff apologised, however within 5mins we were seated. Our server (Alex) was very friendly and engaging. There was a slight problem with our main course, for which the staff were very apologetic (we must had 3/4 people apologise for the problem) and the problem was resolved quickly - again, within around 5mins. As an apology, our desserts were upgraded free of charge. Overall, the taste of the food was delicious and the staff dealt with everything very well. It would not stop us visiting again in the future.

Excellent place! We arrived early and they were able to seat us early which was a bonus. I have coeliac disease, so I let the servers know. They were brilliant and so accommodating with it. The floor supervisor came to see me, sat down with us and went through everything they do to ensure what I’m eating is not contaminated in any way. Literally cannot express how brilliant this was, I’ve yet to visit a place that’s done the same. The food portions were bigger than expected, the refills were done before we even had a chance to realise we wanted one. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our voucher worked wonderfully. The waitresses were all nice and friendly. The food was tasty. For me, however, it was the first Hard Rock in which there was no music to be heard and in which I could have said that it was set up nicely. Due to Corona and keeping your distance, it was not possible to look at the exhibits because the restaurant is very small.
