For those looking for a tour around the Highlands amid all the many tour choices out there, I sincerely recommend Rafael’s tour - it was for sure the best tour I’ve ever joined. Rafael took the thoughts to plan for the tour, so that you get to travel to all the less-accessible but all the more beautiful spots in the Highlands within a day. This was not something one can do usually without a guide who knows and loves the place. For Harry Potter fans, it was definitely a dream coming true to step on where Hagrid threw his stone, where Dumbledore slept forever, where Hermione got hit by a stone thrown by herself...this trip was definitely the best part of my Scotland trip. It makes me want to return to all the mesmerizing places again. For sure a once-in-a-lifetime experience, even for those who are not big about Harry Potter, because the Highlands that Rafael took you through was stunningly beautiful in its own rights.

I had a great time exploring Edinburgh with my private guide Rafael. Rafael was great in replying to my messages about meeting point and itinerary before the tour, and we had no troubles meeting on the day. We walked around Edinburgh for over 3 hours, exploring the old town and all the important sights. Rafael was very personable and fun to chat to, and was able to tailor the experience to what I wanted to see. He was able to mix both historical information with entertaining stories, so it was never boring and gave me a good overview of the city. Overall I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
