As you make your way to Siwa Oasis, you will stop over to visit the Al-Alamein Military Museum, founded in 1956 to document the Al-Alamein battle. Here, you'll have the chance to explore a fascinating collection of weapons, armors, and models that symbolize the battle, as well as a range of battle course-of-action maps and acquisitions of battle commanders. Upon arrival at Siwa Oasis, you'll check-in at your hotel and have the rest of the day to relax and explore your surroundings. Day 2: Pickup at 8:00 am. Visit Mountain of the Dead, a mountain with carved tombs. Explore Amun Temple, the largest temple in the oasis dedicated to Alexander the Great, Oracle of Amun, and Horace. End with a visit to Shali Fortress, home to an oracle of Ammon and ruins. Drive back to your hotel. Day 3: Enjoy a full day trip with a 4WD van through Siwa Oasis. Start with breakfast and pickup at 8:00 am. Experience dune bashing and sand skiing in the Western Desert. Visit the beautiful Zeitoun Lake, the largest salt lake in the oasis. Then, visit Cleopatra's Pool, a wonder of bubbling hot springs with healing properties for skin diseases. End the tour by visiting the Hot Springs. Drive back to your hotel.
