Highly recommended! I have found the “Camel Ride and Quad Biking combo tour around the pyramids” on here. But i also customized it to give me some time to go inside the big pyramid, the operator was very helpful to accommodate my request. My tour guide “Omar Mataro” has been very helpful and knowledgeable, he advised me what’s the best way to structure my tour, starting with the pyramid, then the camel ride, then the quad bikes. He picked me up on time at 7:00am, and drove me to Giza, we arrived at 8:00am, i went inside Khofo pyramid, i was the only one there - because its early. Then we went to the camels, and they put me on a camel and took me to the panoramic view, the boy who was holding the camel was helpful to takes photos of me. On the way to the quad bikes Omar stopped me close to the sphinx and took many photos of me. Then we went to the quad bikes station, where they gave me my own quad bike, they took another quad bike and we went to the desert to view the pyramids f
our local guide (Isra) was fantastic. we feel very lucky to have net Isra who's knowledge of ancient Egypt is at the Museum standard. which is not surprising how she has a lengthy Cairo Museum employment studying her fav subject. she showed us things at the Pyramids never mentioned in any TV documentary. it really was a 5 star service. We where even collected by car from the Hilton hotel, because when we got off the bus from Hurghada, we got a bit lost. Isra and her driver told us to stay at the Hilton and they came straight there and collected us. Cairo is a mad place to drive and tbh I couldn't do it, but we felt very safe with our very experienced driver who also looked after our valuables when we left the vehicle. He also knew a great place for lunch. Isra and the driver work brilliantly together and we can not thank them enough for looking after us all day, and it really was a full, packed day. 5 star guide, driver, excursions. Highly recommend. Thank You Isra and Driver.
First ever review, so bare with me. The package was great to be honest, from the start it was really pleasant. Pick up was on time, car was a nice ride and the drivers was friendly and really welcoming. When we arrived At the compound, We all had some complementary tea and it tasted surprisingly nice quad bikes was really fun, up and around the dunes and burms. It’s a must do really. We got to stop and take plenty photos and have more chai( tea ) or another refreshment. After that it was the camel ride, your high up and it’s fun. Afterwords even though the guides role was finished they actually took a bit of their own time in showing us a local Egyptian restaurant ( 10/10) and a couple other places. I could not fault fares and the other guy, really nice guy and I would recommend him as not only a tour good for a day but for as long as you want. Top bloke.
Fantastic trip! One of the best guided experiences we had so far. First of all we booked the Quad & Camel Ride Combo but adjusted it to a 2-hour Quad only for a small surcharge. It was a private tour as it was only our group (4 people). Fares was excellent from pick-up until drop-off. He was entertaining, knowledgeable and knew how to read the energy level during the activities. During the breaks we were offered some tea as well as had opportunities to take some great pictures. The good weather also helped! :D Thanks and highly recommended!
Faris was an awesome guide! Picked us up from the hotel on time. Started the journey in a cool little tea tent that was comfortable and really set the tone for the day. Four wheelers were so much fun!! Camels were a great experience as well and overall a fantastic day. Faris even hooked us up with tickets to enter the pyramids with a guide. He went above and beyond and deserves a raise!!
