What people are saying about Arles
A very full day of everything lavender and much more! Remi, our excellent guide, kept us informed with history of the area and ample time to visit each area. We experienced a local village market, many stops to get out and photograph the lavender fields, a visit to the beautiful villages of Sault and Gordes, and then to the Lavender Museum to end our perfect day. We were happily exhausted after a very busy and fun day with Remi! Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic afternoon. Vehicle was very comfortable and we were able to stand and look out over top at regular intervals. We saw Camargue horses and Spanish and Camargue Bulls all very close up. Loads of Flamingos, a lot were close up too. Guide (Sandy) was very friendly and very knowledgeable, lots of interesting information. Would highly recommend
Our guide was very knowledgeable and knew so much about the species of birds, where their nest were, as well as the bulls and horses in Camargue. The place itself is a vast and open park, with so many wildlife. It’s definitely not a place to miss if you are in Provence. Going on a 4x4 was a wonderful experience, just a small group which was perfect!
Our guide was just amazing, his name was Djilani!! Luxury BWM, very nice, clean and pristine. He was wonderful and from the moment we met him we knew we were going to have a great time. I would highly recommend him as we did another today, also very nice but it was a different type of tour.
Our driver was very nice, gave us explanations. We saw a bulls, flamingos, horses and had the chance to see the guardians selecting bulls. The timing is fine, not too long nor too short. It’s a very good way tho discover Camargue with kids.
