A comfortable ride took us to Dyker Heights, where we took photos of the many decorated homes. The guide asked for a significant tip at the end of the tour, which I found unsettling as it was definitely not a tipping situation and neither her nor the driver had done anything out of the ordinary to please us - plus the tour is pretty expensive, considered it's basically a 2-hour ride in a bus.
It’s was a great tour , the tour guide was very informative and didn’t rush us. He made it really special after good bf to Brooklyn dumbo , by driving back s over Brooklyn bridge at the end whilst listening to frank sinatra ‘New York new york’ at the end. Loved the whole tour and a lovely little souvenir at the end that made it more special also.
Great little tour - Definitly worth a look at all the beautiful houses and decorations. Happy friendly tour guide too with all the info on the decorating of the houses and neighbourhood- even stopped under Brooklyn bridge for some fab photos!
This was beautiful & pleasant. I would definitely do this again. The weather was perfect and you can sit inside with clear window views or you could go on deck for a more fascinating experience.
Daniel was very nice and knowledgeable. Small crowds due to COVID so we were able to enjoy without worrying. Everyone wore face masks.
