What people are saying about Tasmania

Extremely professional operation. Staff were very knowledgeable helpful and provided excellent commentary on the entire journey. During the journey we saw approximately 40 to 50 whales, and I think the guides were also very excited to see so many whales. The landscape of the rocky cliffs were spectacular. Can I highly recommend this to people of visiting this area of Tasmania.

Such a great experience! We were onboard with our young children, and the crew were great with them! My husband and a couple of others were seasick and the crew handled it so well, very caring but didn’t make a big deal about it. Such a lovely day.

The boat is clean and new, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We learned an enormous amount about the early settlement days and the river, both from videos on the boat and our stops on the way. A delicious and well presented lunch was served.

Well worth the experience. Even though part of the trip needed to be modified due to bad weather, they went out of their way to make the trip memorable by taking us whaling. They were entertaining and very aware of safety conditions.

Was all lovely. A definite must do for all Tasmanians. I did however struggle with mobility on Sarah Island. The guides didn’t wait for me so I was forever playing catch-up and missed nearly all of their information.
