Kiara Donatello was our guide and she was great, full of knowledge and full of enthusiasm On the other hand, we had an unpleasant and irritating experience because we accidentally came an hour late to the tour. The receptionist didn’t help us and we felt very frustrated. In summary- a great guidance and a bad costumer service

Good experience!

They company said they did not have our reservation but it was okay they would accommodate us any way. We waited an additional 30 minutes before we were off to see the Vatican Museum. Before we walked off the guide informed us that we would not see the Sistine Chapel and they said they told us, and no refund. It was something to do with Pope Frank having something... however we were the last group they let in to see the Sistine chapel that day. The crowds were a little overwhelming at times and the tour guide went father quickly and many of our group could not keep up. She was knowledgeable and funny. I overall enjoyed the tour.

Our guide, Christina, was the best! She really kept the whole tour entertaining for us, especially when it was hot and busy and we had to wait for things. She was the best! Also a tip - do an afternoon tour! We did the 3.30 tour (admittedly because it was the only one left) and it was so much less busy than usual since we were the last group to enter, especially in the Sistine Chapel. You may have less time to explore after the tour but you don’t need it Thanks again Christina!
