The park itself was amazing, so much fun and incredibly clean (honestly it was spotless) However our transfer was awful!! We arrived at the designated point 10 minutes before and we approached a driver with a minibus showing an “EnergyLandia” sign, we showed him our tickets and he began shouting at us, baring our way onto the bus. We apologised and backed away thinking it must be a private transfer. He came up to me again shouting in Polish and then showed me a name on his phone (it wasn’t ours) we again showed him our tickets and name and he started shouting even louder, everyone started looking at us and he began walking up to other drivers, pointing at us and shouting loudly. I phoned the Discover Krakow office as at this point it was 15 minutes after our bus was supposed to arrive. The lady on the phone apologised and called our driver, shockingly it was the shouting one! He came over and instead of apologising just roughly shoved us towards the bus.

Booking tickets was easy, tickets were sent via email. Family of four we had a great time. Best amusement park we have been to, be prepared to do a bit of walking between rides but queues were no longer than 30mins wait for us. Plenty of rides for all age groups, so the place never felt crowded.

The park is amazing . Rollercoaster heaven with some amazing coasters. The queues drop off around 4pm do you can get to the front in 10 mins . Zadra is not to be missed and Hyperion is another epic . Maya too. The unique combination of the water and coaster on speed coaster is unique . Great planning on queuing with awnings to keep off the sun and mist water sprays are very good. No rubbish at all on the ground at all and very good lockers with barcode to access in all of the park . Not To be missed
