Afterwards, take the Circumesuviana train leading to Ercolano (a 20 minute trip), where you will start your walk through the ruins. What people are saying about Ercolano

Davvero consigliatissimo!

very informative, personal, and added context where needed. he also compared and contrasted paestum to pompei and herculeum and other sites when it was warranted. well worth the time and effort to hire a trained expert to view the site.

Raffaele was a fantastic guide, sharing interesting history and facts about the town as well as showing us some of the best examples of the Herculaneum preservation. We had a great time - thanks!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting stories. Highly recommend!
