Overall was good. Really enjoyed the Everglades tour. Would suggest some earplugs for those with sensitive hearing. Loud when going at high speed. Transfer from bus to boat rental was a little stressful. The instructions did not mention needing printed receipt for boat tour from bus personnel first. Hurried down to make reservations and then had to come back for receipt and go back again. We were not the only ones. Bus tour nice, relaxing, nothing exciting but did see a lot of the city. Boat tour was good. Nice trip, pleasant guide. Suggest bringing drinks/snacks if doing all 3 in 1 day like we did.

Bus guide was great, mainly transporting us to the Everglades but did a great job explaining how things would work, where to go. When dropping people off at Bayside he explained in detail how to het to Miami Beach for those who wanted to stay later. Boat guide was also really great. Very knowledgeable. Obviously he’d been boating around the Everglades for decades, knew the place and loved it. His love and passion showed. The alogator show was also good. A highlight for my kids. The presenter seemed to really love alligators and tress and treated them well (for alligators stuck in a pretty small pen).

Every thing was excellent in this tour organized by Hagen/Banana Joe Tours : Hagen was very organized (which comes as no surprise in the light of his German origins) & very informative. The tour itself exceeded my expectations ; we managed to see a handful of aligators & birds, & I was expecting to spot only a couple -at most- if we were lucky. Highly recommended as a half-day trip from Miami.
