In the morning, get picked up from your hotel or riad and head north to reach the Rif area and ultimately Chauen. Enjoy the scenic countryside or take a nap during your approximately 3-hour ride to the idyllic mountain village. Once in Chefchaouen, spend time exploring the city at your leisure. Be sure to visit the heart of the city, otherwise known as Uta el-Hammam Square. See the Great Mosque with its curious octagonal tower and the Kasbah which contains a garden, a museum, and an art gallery. Leave the medina to see Ras El-Maa Waterfall and enjoy the awesome effects of nature. Keep walking and get a beautiful panoramic view of the city.  Return to Fes where your transfer will either drop you off back at your accommodation or at another location of your choice.

Enjoy a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes, taking you on a historic trip through Morocco's rich and varied past. Explore the ancient imperial city of Meknes, which is regarded as the "Versailles of Morocco". You will see historic attractions such as impressive walls, monumental gates, and the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail throughout your walking tour. At the height of its glory, Meknes was no less than 50 palaces, 20 gates, and a city wall measuring 45 kilometers in length. Afterwards, you'll visit Volubilis, with its impressive and well-preserved Roman ruins and spectacular mosaics. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of North Africa's most important Roman sites. Travel through the holy city of Moulay Idriss, perched dramatically against the slopes of Mount Zerhon, and enjoy Morocco's dramatic landscape. Finally, you'll discover Morocco's history and culture during a sightseeing tour of Meknes, before being returned back to your starting point in Fez at the conclusion of your experience.

Get out of Fes and into the majestic landscape of the Merzouga desert on a 2-day tour. Ride camels, stop at a Berber village, and spend the night under the stars in a nomadic tent. Enjoy a convenient hotel pick-up in Fes and drive across the Atlas Mountains, through the cedar tree forests of Ifran, where you can see monkeys climbing in the treetops. Stop to take some pictures of the wonderful scenery. Rest in a nearby Berber village, have some lunch, and go across the Ziz Valley to the oasis of Tafilalet. Relax in Merzouga for a little while before hopping on the back of a camel and heading out into the desert just in time for sunset. Spend the night in a nomad tent and enjoy the spectacular sunrise. Have breakfast and return by camel to begin your journey back to fez.

Your Middle Atlas day trip will begin from Fez, from where you will head towards Ifrane. You will discover that the landscape varies with altitude, and after crossing the agricultural plain of Saiss with its olive trees, you will arrive to a fruit-growing region. The region grows apples, pears, apricots, and peaches, and is located around Imouzzer Kandar at an altitude of 1,000-1,300 meters above sea level. You'll then ascend further to some majestic cedar forests, which sit at 1,500 meters. Moving up higher to 2,000 meters above sea level, the landscape plateaus to give way to a vast steppe landscape. Each season has its charms and colors, with spring between March and May according to the altitude being especially beautiful.

Day 1: fes -middle atlas- ziz valley- merzouga(ergg chebbi) After getting picked up from your hotel in Fes, head southeast to Merzouga, passing through several cities in the Middle Atlas mountain range along the way. Stop at Ifran, also known as "the Switzerland of Morocco", to admire its alpine-like architecture and picturesque forests before heading to Azrou and the famous cedar forest where you can spot some Barbary apes if you're lucky. Travel through the desert town of Arrichidia and notice how the scenery changes from mountains to deserts and Berber villages as you make your way to Merzouga, stopping for lunch along the way.  Upon arrival in Merzouga, receive a welcome glass of mint tea before checking into your riad. Enjoy some time to relax before mounting a camel to take a ride into the sand dunes, where you will spend the overnight in a tent. Day 2: merzouga-fes Rise early today to watch what may be the best sunrise of your life. Afterward, trek back from the camp to the riad where your breakfast will be waiting. After breakfast in your riad, depart for Fes. Pass through the stunning rose gold dunes of the ziz valley and back through Errashidia to reach Fes by the evening.
