Discover the blue washed town of Chefchaouen on this day trip from Fez. Have time to explore sights like Kasbah Museum and Grand Mosque. After boarding your private vehicle, make your way to Chefchaouen, located in the Rif Mountains near Tangier. Upon arrival, marvel at the incredible blue walls that make this town famous. Enjoy about 4 hours to explore the picturesque small city streets of the medina. If you opt for the private tour, you have the luxury of deciding how you'd like to spend your time as there are many activities to choose from. You can discover the local shops and cafes and see the main square known as Plaza Uta el-Hammam. To experience some culture you may wish to head to the Kasbah Museum, the Grand Mosque, or the Ethnographic Museum which contains musical instruments, antique weapons, and photographs of the old town. You can also stop off at the Ras Elma river that runs through the old city.  For lunch, you can buy a delicious meal in the square, perched on the roof terrace which offers panoramic views over Chefchaouen (at your own expense). After a pick-up at your hotel or riad in Fez, head out on a guided tour of the medina, one of the world’s largest walled-in cities. Explore the narrow streets lined with shops selling fresh fruits, spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and numerous other art and craft items from Morocco. Visit the Quaraouiyine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri and the Andalusian Mosque dating back to 860 (note that non-Muslims are not permitted to enter). Take in other sites including the Nejjarine Fountain, the Bouaanania Medersa, dating from the 13th century and the Batha Palace, which is now a museum of arts and traditions.

Following a pickup from your hotel in Fes, enjoy an easy transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Explore the remains of the 2000-year-old complex. Continue to Moulay Idriss to discover one of Morocco's holiest cities. Take a tour of the narrow streets of the compact town where Moulay Idriss I introduced the religion of Islam in 789 AD. Then, transfer to the city of Meknes, founded in the 11th century by the Almoravids as a military settlement. Go into the Medina and see some of the monumental city gates and ornamental decorations of the Spanish-Moorish architecture. Tour the city walls, and stop at the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, founder of the Alaouite dynasty and sultan when Meknes was the capital city. Visit the Museum of Moroccan Art to see a wide variety of handicrafts. Before the afternoon transfer back to Fes.

Day 1: Fez -Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz valley- Merzouga Pick up at 07.30 am from hotel/riad. Travel from Fez to the Merzouga desert. But; this is not an ordinary drive. We will stop along the way at a number of enjoyable destinations. Firstly, stop at Ifrane, the alpine-style townhome to ski slopes. Secondly, cedar forests are situated in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains to observe and feed the Barbary Monkey. After that, Moving to the popular pitstop of Midelt. ( break for lunch) Then, carrying on through the lush green Ziz Valley and making the last stop in Erfoud. Upon, arrival Merzouga, transfer to the hotel to store your luggage. The camels will be waiting for you for a camel trekking experience (around 45 min) to enjoy the sunset on camelback to nomad tents where you will have dinner under the starry sky with a Berber folklore show (overnight desert camp). Day 2: Merzouga-Rissani- Midelt -Ifrane – Mouzar- Fez Get up, early for the beckoning Erg Chebbi sunrise. Enjoy a camel trek back to the hotel/riad for breakfast and a shower. Before, back to Fez. We will Pass through Rissani, visiting Zawiya Moulay Ali Ash-Sharif, dramatic Ziz Valley. In addition to, Damn Hassan El-Awal. ( break for lunch), visit family who lives in the cave at Immouzar. Finally, at the end drop off. (your hotel/riad Fez).

Watch the sunset from the back of your camel on a one-hour trek to a Berber camp. Upon arrival at the desert shelter, your camels will be tethered as you are served a welcome mint tea. Enjoy dinner and relax as you look at the stars in the sky. Stay overnight in your choice of a shared, private standard, or private luxury tent. Day 2: Merzouga - Tafilalte - Fes Wake early and walk across the dunes to watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, about 50 kilometers from Merzouga. Take a shower after and enjoy breakfast before the drive back to Fes, and benefit from comfort stops on the approximate 7-hour journey.

Discover Fes and Marrakech, Morocco's imperial cities, on a guided 3-day tour. Day 1: Marrakech — Ait Ben Haddou — Dades (1st night at Kasbah Amazigh) Your tour will start with an early pickup. Meet your driver at your hotel or riad in the morning and start your journey crossing the High Atlas Mountains towards Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. After the campfire, relax in your standard or luxury tent, depending on which one you choose. The standard tents are basic accommodation, while a private tent is subject to availability. The toilets are right outside, with facilities to freshen up in a shared room. If you choose the luxury tent, it is located in a more isolated and scenic area, providing extra comfort with proper bedding, and a guaranteed private tent with flushable western toilets, hot showers, and a rich dinner and breakfast. Day 3: Merzouga — Fes  Your desert camp hosts will wake you up if you wish to watch the sunrise. After breakfast, drive along the Ziz River with its amazing oasis lined with palm trees and fortified ksours (castles) all the way to Midelt, a small town in the middle of the Atlas Mountains, your lunch stop for the day. In the afternoon, continue crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains towards Fes. Day 1: Marrakech, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, Dades or Tinghir You will meet your guide in Marrakech after breakfast and set off towards the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass along a road that climbs the plains to 2,260 meters above sea level. You will pass by small villages and scenic waterfalls, and will also notice the continuously changing landscape and colors of these beautiful mountains. You will then stop in a pass for a cup of refreshing mint tea and to admire the scenery before taking the road to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, arriving just in time for lunch. You will then visit the famous Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the setting for films such as the Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, the Legionary, the Sheltering Sky, and many others. You will later head through the town of Ouarzazate to check out Atlas Studios, the largest and most famous film studio in all of Africa. Next, you will journey through the picturesque Valley of Roses to reach the Dades Gorges in time for sunset. Once there you can admire the splendid colors of the rock walls illuminated by the last rays of golden sunlight. Your final stop for the day will be to a romantic, traditional hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in the Hotel in Dades or Tinghir . Day 2: Dades or Tinghir , Erfoud, Merzouga, and Erg-Chebbi Following breakfast, you will take a scenic walk through the Todra Gorges before hopping into your car to drive along the famous Road of the 1000 Kasbahs. You will travel through Tineghier Village and the Jewish Kasbah before arriving in Rissani, the first capital of the Alaouite Dynasty, for lunch. You will next go on a walking tour through Rissani and check out its large traditional market, and will then head to Merzouga, arriving before sunset. At this stage you will leave the car behind and ride a camel into the Erg Chebbi Dunes for an unforgettable night under the million stars of the desert. Finally, you will have dinner at the campsite and stay in a traditional Berber tent. Day 3: Merzouga, Rissani, Ziz Oasis, Medilt, and Fes You will wake up in time to watch the sun rise over the 300-meter-tall dunes and travel into the dawn towards the border with Algeria. Next, you will return by camel to a hotel for breakfast and a shower. You will then depart for Fes, traveling through the Ziz valley and stopping for lunch in village with plentiful apple orchards. You will later enjoy the journey through mountain cedar forests before arriving to Fes in the afternoon, stopping to take pictures at a panoramic viewpoint.
