This was definitely the highlight of our two week tour of Italy. Our guide Lavinia was very pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. And Carmela the chef was such a joy. We had so much fun with her, while learning how to cook our favorite meal of our vacation! I can’t wait to try to make this meal at home. The setting was absolutely beautiful! We ate our meal looking out over the stunning views of Tuscany and while we stayed dry on the covered porch, the thunderstorm added to the magical atmosphere. We highly recommend this experience!!

This cooking class with Martina and Carmela was so amazing!!! I have made fresh pasta before but never with a rolling pin. I loved the method so much they I think I will adopt it for my at home pasta making nights! Thank you both so much for an incredible time. Both of you girls have incredible energy and the whole day was simply a dream. I have already recommended this tour to a friend who is visiting Italy in august! It’s perfect for all ages and the lunch you get to eat is the best you will have in Italy!

The whole experience was really fun, from buying the food at the local market, preparing it with our wonderful host Carmello, to the best part.....eating our creations. Our guide (Olivia I think) was wonderful. Plus lots of wine!! 1st class experience and good value too, recommend!
