Head straight to a wine-tasting school to taste 4 different types of wines including the renowned black rooster Chianti Classico, Brunello of Montalcino, Super Tuscan wines, along with a 30-year-old balsamic vinegar, and truffle extra virgin olive oil. Develop your taste buds together with a wine producer. Move onto a local winery facing the famous towers of San Gimignano. Let the winemakers guide you through the vineyards and the cellars and share the secrets of wine and oil production. First, the communication with Italy on a Budget tours was super easy. They still had the tour for us even though we were only 3 people. The wineries we visited were amazing—both very different from each other which lets you see the business from two standpoint, and all the tastings were delicious accompanied by tasty snacks. In between wineries we went to San Gimignano which is breathtaking. If you like medieval everything, it’s a must. Finally, our guide Ned took good care of us and made sure we timed-managed all the activities. It’s definitely worth it—you get back to Florence tipsy and full.

First winery was beautiful and we also had a chance to taste Brunello wine and a fine selection of olive oil, cheeses to go alongside with. The second winery had amazing scenery for pictures. The last stop in San Gimignano is very picturesque, cute little shops and amazing gelato.

Hello, the first winery was spectacular, Leo explained everything and the wines and products served were fantastic, the second winery was good also, but the thing that was great was the panoramic view. Our Host with the french name but florence by centuries was nothing but great, explained a lot, made jokes a lot, and took care that the people enjoyed the trip. I would like to say that in general the trip was class, reccomend it absolutely.
