The tour guide was very personable and very committed to imparting knowledge about the city. The distances were short, the stories exciting and varied. In addition (in my case) it was very easy to understand, even for non-native speakers of English. At the end there was a free ice cream according to her recommendation, which I can confirm as excellent. All in all, the tour wasn't too long, the sights were varied and it was really worth the money.

We did this introductory tour for the city of Florence ... thanks to Andrea who explained to us in an exhaustive way and above all, being the Easter period, he had the foresight to avoid too crowded places and gave us ideas for other visits. too many jokes ... good!

Our tour guide Constanze was born and raised in Florence and incredibly friendly and knowledge. She spoke perfect English and was obviously an art enthusiast which came across in her tour. She answered all our follow-up questions, pointed out her favourite restaurants and shops, and was generally just a delight to talk to as we explored Florence. We were also gifted ice cream tickets for Florence’s oldest ice cream shop at the end of the tour and it was amazing! Nicest of the trip. 10/10 would recommend.
