Good tour but can be done with nearly half price with the train

    - a very nice and polite driver , was trying to be of help although his English wasn't good . but he was very good , helpful and keen to make us happy - The tour is simply just transportation , nothing else included ! , The driver doesn't offer much information so need to be booked in a combination of any florence guided tours which will make it very expensive - being just transportation using the high speed train will make it less expensive " nearly half the price " and also faster " again half the time by car" - but definitely it is more convenient being picked up from the hotel and dropped back to the hotel door as well

We missed it due to the driver.

The driver was late, left us in hot car, tried to double charge us and got pulled over by the police!

Worst tour I've ever taken; A non-English speaking guide!

We were told we would have an English speaking guide. It appears she called in sick so, rather than contact us to reschedule for another day, we were left with a non English speaking driver who led us to believe we were picking up a guide. over 10 long hours of driving without any indication where we were or what we were seeing. I'd been to Florence several times so I knew some of the highlights/buildings to see fortunately for us. After some hassle, the driver did locate a spur of the moment guide in Florence who did not take us to the places we were promised other than David. He abandoned us several blocks from the Accademia, (David), and told us to find our own way his job was done! Fortunately we were able, with a map, to find the Accademia. The driver was sick too and coughed, sneezed and smoked! Very unpleasant. I've tried to get some compensation for not being given what we purchased but so far, to no avail. Very disappointing. Would NOT recommend this supplier of services
