We were provided with a tour guide, and group of 10 other people. Our guide provided us with head phones so we were able to hear her. The experience was wonderful, our guide (Francesca) was very attentive and filled with lots of joy in what she does. The tour took about 1.5-2 hours, and it went at a steady pace! Would recommend this!

Regina, our tour guide, did an excellent job in every respect. She spoke vividly and interestingly and led competently. Thank you very much! :-) Unfortunately, we only received the audio devices about halfway through. It was also a bit of a shame that half the group (actually reported for German) was taken together with the English group.

Very well organized guided tour. The Cupola is worth the journey to the point of forgetting the effort of the climb. And thanks to the guide, the museum is also fantastic. Our guide (Cristina) was not only very prepared but was able to make us appreciate all the noteworthy aspects, both those specific to the work we were visiting and those related to the history and to all those who created the various masterpieces. My 7-year-old daughter was fascinated, in the 2 hours of visit she never got bored and tells this experience as one of the most beautiful lived in Florence. I advise the organizer to insert the opening hours of the various monuments in the purchase voucher to facilitate the organization of what does not require a guide.
