My boyfriend and I had a great time with this activity and would highly recommend. The scooters are awesome and much better quality than the ones around the town, the guide took us on a great route with facts and history for each landmark. I had never tried the scooter before but it was really easy to use and get going.

We booked the scooter tour, but opted for e-bike tour when we arrived. The gps location is a little off, so be sure to look around for the storefront (maybe 150ft away). The tour guide was great. She’s very knowledgeable about architecture and passionate about the city’s history. The only reason I’d hesitate to give 5 stars is because the equipment was a bit of a problem. The bikes take a lot of abuse, but there was no assistance from staff to get set up. Make sure you adjust your seat before taking off - we had several seats that were dropping/twisting as we rode. One poor woman’s seat was so low her knees came up to her elbows when she pedaled - and there was nothing to adjust. Great history lesson, and beautiful view from Piazelle Michaelangelo - but the two teenagers on the tour (8 people in total) were very bored.

How best to see as much of Florence as possible in two hours without feeling exhausted? Our family of four opted for an electric scooter tour. I’m so pleased we did! It was fantastic! Our lovely guide was passionate about the city, entertaining and professional. He was able to take us to places and make recommendations that we would have certainly missed had we been following a tourist map. We’d totally recommend the experience.
