Natalia was passionate and extremely informative on all things Medici! Her personality was fun and engaging and she had a very solid program of points for making the art in the palace meaningful. The tour felt very personal as there were only 4 of us! My only suggestion for improvement (based on two tours we did) was that it would be helpful for the guides to have a sign at the meeting point. We mistakenly went up to several strangers with some kind of lanyard and badge, asking them if they were doing the guided tour. We were worried we wouldn’t find our guide on time and be late or miss the tour. Thankfully we did not! Overall, great fun experience and way to spend our first morning in Florence!

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide Natalia (sp) was great! She knew everything and answered all our questions. We are not really art history lovers and she did not concentrate on brush strokes (like our Piti Palace guide) but did point out interesting parts of a painting. Also explained what the different rooms were used for and even showed us an open privy room from the Medici era. This tour is a must.

Natalia, our guide, was very knowledgeable, nice, and engaging with our kids. She really made the palace tour come to life. We loved the stories and little secrets she would point out along the way. So very glad that we did this tour and had this guide!
