Good tour but can be done with nearly half price with the train

- a very nice and polite driver , was trying to be of help although his English wasn't good . but he was very good , helpful and keen to make us happy - The tour is simply just transportation , nothing else included ! , The driver doesn't offer much information so need to be booked in a combination of any florence guided tours which will make it very expensive - being just transportation using the high speed train will make it less expensive " nearly half the price " and also faster " again half the time by car" - but definitely it is more convenient being picked up from the hotel and dropped back to the hotel door as well

Extraordinary tour, highly recommended. Florence is a beautiful city with tremendous historical richness, very sociable people, they guide you in what you ask.

Nice but stressful trip

A nice ride apart from the fact that the car we rode with arrived 45 minutes late. This meant that we had less time in Pisa than we wanted and we did not have time to go up the tower. In Florence we had time to see more but also not there we had time to see everything we wanted. The driver / guide was nice and did what he could to make the trip as pleasant as possible, but unfortunately he was not proficient in English and it made it difficult to make himself understood and get some information about what we saw on the road, etc. With English speaking guide and more time in Pisa the trip would have been perfect. As it was now, it was way too much money for what we got. Would probably choose another tour with the knowledge we have now.
