Regular ... meeting point was change ...

October 10, 2019

I was charged 130 euros for a walking tour + Uffizi visit with meet at piazza San Marco. We waited 15 minutes at the piazza and then had to run to the Uffizi because we’d been sent to the wrong place. We were lucky that the group had to wait and we were able to join the museum tour, but no time left for walking tour. Very unhappy with the experience and expect a refund. To be fair, the guide to the Uffizi was excellent and I was happy to tip him for an excellent tour, but the organization and overall experience was very poor.
