In the end I decided to go for a walk around the city, and I showed up in the afternoon at the tour point at the academy, the first-class guide was very good. I should give 3 bec

The guide was knowledgeable and polite

I enjoyed the tour - the guide Fabio was knowledgeable and polite. However, I paid for a tour for English speaking and the guide had to add Spanish speaking people to our group which was very awkward and unnecessarily added to the Length of the tour because he had to interpret for the Spanish speaking people . Also I signed up for the tour Weeks ago and received confirmation from GetYourGuide vis email but the office in Florence was unorganized and could not find me on the list. Luckily I had printed documents to PROVE. I was confirmed
